How do I place an order if I have problems doing it online?

You may contact us directly at (60) 03-77316367 to place your order or to report on website errors.

 

Will i know when my order has been received?

We will email you when your order has been received after which we will inform you the bank details should you opt to pay via Direct bank-in/online

transfer. However, if via Paypal, we will email you confirming the order and that payment have been received.

Do you accept cash-on-delivery/self pick-up?

Currently we do not accept cash-on-delivery but we do accomodate self pick-up at our shop in Tmn Tun Dr Ismail, KL. Please call or email us for more infomation.

 

Can we just walk-in to your shop?

Yes of course! But please take note our operating hourse is as follows:

TUESDAY-SUNDAY, 1030AM-830PM

MONDAY CLOSED.

How about oversized items, do you provide delivery services for your customers?

Yes, we do. Please email/contact us before ordering.

 

Are your products in stock or do we have to pre-order?

We try to make sure that we have all the stocks on our website. Any products that is not available is only temporary while we restock.
