Your order(s) will normally be dispatched within 7 (seven) days of placing the order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard. If you would like to view the status of your order please visit ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ section of the online store. If, after checking your Order History, you have any questions about the status of your order then please refer to our FAQ section, accessible from the menu of every page.

Delivery Charge will be based on the weight of the total goods ordered, therefore the total delivery charge will be confirmed by email after the order has been received. Currently we will only ship purchases via Airpak/GDex.

For oversized items & purchases shipping rates, we will quote separately after the order has been received.
